Seaweed soup with beef by Maangchi.

Making the seaweed soup is so simple but so tasty also the ingredients are also simple even without a recipe you can indeed make this delicious, healthy soup. You need a clove of garlic, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1/4 kilo of beef (cut into strips), a cup of dried seaweed (soaked in water), fish sauce (according to your taste but 1-2 teaspoon is enough).

Now the cooking process is also simple, saute the garlic and beef with the sesame oil, add 2 cups of water and add the fish sauce (Make sure it’s not too salty, just enough as the dried seaweed will definitely make it salty) and bring it to boil add another 4 cups of water and the seaweed once it boils you’re ready to eat!
